Woooo-eeee this volume was a page turner! So far, this has been my favorite volume. Abel seemed a lot less Vash-like (but still... he's so very obviously a Vash rip off) that I was able to forgive it a little bit. But a lot of great stuff happened.
But seriously, Esther is an idiot!! After seeing Crusnik, I'd be like "OH MY GOD! SO BAD ASS!!!" She's a wuss.
I mean, look at this: So. Flippin. Bad. Ass.

Sunao Yoshida and Kiyo Kyujyo continue an alternate telling of "The Ibelis" in Trinity Blood vol. IV. While I miss some of the things the anime did with Brother Petros and I miss Sister Paula, for the most part I'm happy with this version.
* I'm very happy with Radu as the saboteur directly and personally involved in the attack that made Ion's meeting with Lady Caterina go so sour. (Not that Ion needed much help, given his attitude toward Terrans in general and Caterina that night in particular.)...more

I absolutely LOVED this volume. *spoiler* The fact that Abel finally reveals himself to Esther makes it all worth it. *end spoiler* Be aware that there is a lot of action in this volume so be prepared to follow the sequences closely as not to miss any key action moments. You will really enjoy this volume!

This volume was awesome.
Seriously so much badd-ass fighting going on it was amazing especially the end.
But then the very end was also the saddest part...poor Father Nightroad...
