This novel presented serious issues. It is a sentimental read that seems dramatic and meant for girl readers. I believe that it shows readers how to overcome challenges. The protagonist is a girl who is diagnosed with AIDS. She is shocked and must come to grips with the situation. She meets a boy who she falls in love with, and he helps her die well, basically. The One Last Wish Novels are amazing . I think I was obsessed with them for the longest time. They are beautifully told and each story is as inspirational as the next. I think I've cried on a lot of them too xD

Sarah has lukemia and needs a bone marrow transplant. She finds out she was adopted and hates her "parents" for it. She gets a letter that came from the Last Wish Foudation and it says the person who sent it has the initials JWC. It contained 100,000 dollars to spend how ever she wants.
