Sweet Magnolia Helen wants a baby in the worst way possible, she's made lists and more lists on top of that now if only she could find a way to go about it. Erik the pastry chef at Sullivan's has had his share of heartbreak and will do anything not to go back, he keeps Helen as casual as can be.

I wanted to like this one more than I did. For some reason the idea of Helen and Eric didn’t work for me, they just seem too different. I also hated what Helen did to Eric and his reaction when she was found out. You just knew that things were going to be all kinds of crazy when the info came out. I did like how Maddie yelled at her when she realized what Helen did.

This was a sweet read and makes us all look within ourselves. Helen Decatur is like most strong willed women. She is self-reliant and strong, while deep inside she can be insecure and searching for what everyone wants – love. She wants the love of a family and the book addresses these thoughts that most of us have. Warning: contains spoilers! Not a bad book in the series...but I do have a gripe with the heroine, Helen. She just isn't a nice person: she sets out to deceive a nice man, get pregnant, plans to dump him, enjoys taking men to the cleaners in her divorce practice. Book was about a woman attorney in her forties and her budding relationship w/ a guy who works for her friend in her friend’s restaurant. Kind of reminded me of a small town drama book. It was pretty good to listen to but I don’t think there was anything that really pulled me into the book although the author did a good job developing a lot of side stories that were pretty easy to follow. Very formula… wraps all together in the end.
Helen, a high powered divorce attorney clashes with Eric, former EMT turned pastry chef while resolving problems of the restaurant employees. Helen suddenly realizes she wants a child of her own and Eric can not get over the death of his first wife. I enjoyed this installment in the Sweet Magnolias series. Predictable but with unexpected twists.

A story of a career driven woman who realized almost too late that life was passing her by and she wasn't ready for it to. There is a lot of human emotions in this book and you can feel them as you read. I enjoyed this book as I have the first three books on the Sweet Magnolias.
Adorable!! Perfect ending to this series. Helen made some mistakes along the way but she just wanted to be happy so I forgave her. Erik was pretty cute throughout this book. I really wanted him to have a happy ending especially after his background was explained. I think this book was much better than the last and about equal to the first.
Enjoyed this book and the whole Sweet Magnolia series. This was the best book of the series. Loved the friendship and support among the friends. Liked that there were several different things going on in the book and involved more people. WOuld love to hear more about these ladies.
Kinda cheesy but still entertaining. This one gave me no problem taking a break from the series to read something else when I was done with this. Nothing like the fierce desire to get the next Janet Evanovich book!
This is the last of the three girlfriends finding romance. Got caught up in the domestic violence situation. Of course there's more to come and names are mentioned. Am looking forward to the next book in this series.
I just love this series. This book focused on Helen, the tough divorce attorney whose biological clock is ticking. Good amount of romance sprinkled with some suspense.

This was my least favorite of the Sweet Magnolia books so far, mostly because I was so angry with many of Helen's decisions. However, I still love these characters and the town they live in, and I will continue to read the series!
love it i love sherryl woods if u want a good love story this authors stories are amazing she makes me belive in the power of love lol :)!
First book I've read by Woods. Really enjoyed it. Will certainly seek out more novels of hers in the future.
Friends are always there to tell you when you have done wrong and then there to help when you need then
Helen decides to have a baby with the unknowing help of Chef Erik. Fun read.
I love the fiest Helen. She remind sme of some of my friends. I liked this edition of her Sweet Magnolia series.

Verg good series.
I loved the first half of the book , two stubborn people finding common ground. The second part I didn't like at all. How could Helen be so selfish? I understand that need to have a child, to be a mom,that deep need that you will do anything to make happen. But wow. She tramples over not just his heart and feelings, but her best friends as well.
Superb!!!

terutama anak sih, apalagi setelah menawarkan diri mengasuh dua anak Karen, pegawai Dana Sue di Restoran Sullivan
dan setelah memutuskan ogah adopsi, Helen mencari siapa yang jadi 'donor'hehehe - Eriklah, sasarannya
tapi ya seperti biasanya jadinya malah jatuh cinta beneran hehehe

Liked it a lot! Very good reading -- esp in the summer and love that it's set in SC!
Great book and great series. Easy and enjoyable reads between my school work! :)
