I found this book to be interesting and thought-provoking. Many of the exercises can be applied on several levels - intellectual, emotional, spiritual - and are an excellent tool for self-examination and growth. It is also easy enough to understand that my 13 year old daughter is reading this as well. I heartily recommend it.

guess it has almost some good info in it?
kind of. Felt more like an advertisement for the retreats they give. Some good stuff i guess if you haven't heard it before. Maybe they just don't know how to convey the information without (over ) mentioning their workshops?
