"The Hyborian Heresies" is an interesting book that takes a look at R.E. Howard's construction of the Hyborian age. It mainly focuses on the age in two parts.

The first is the chronological order of Howard's Conan stories and the second are various mysteries that happen during the Hyborian Age from the great cataclysm that sunk Atlantis to the rise of the Picts.

One of the best analyses of Robert E. Howard's Hyborian age I have ever read. It is a definitive resource; it is so definitive, it went on my self with the actual Howard books - the only non-Howard book on that particular shelf.

A nice collection of well researched articles on Robert E. Howard's fantasy world. Very recommended if you are a fan of the writer and want to know more about the history of Conan's world he created.
