This book is a really good look into the lives of American women during this time period, and I wouldn't mind looking at the other volumes in this series. It seemed slightly biased towards working women, and I was very disappointed with the quote they chose to end the book with - "The thought of spending two weeks with two children in a close dark hole [family bomb shelter] was too horrible to think of and we knew we had to do something.
