This book was verry good. It was about 3 cats. They Jaypaw Lionppaw and Hollypaw. There is a prosiphy about them. "There will be 3 kin of your kin that will hold the power of the stars in their paws," This is what Starclan told firestar. In this book the cats from the tribe of rushing water come to thunderclan and ask for help. The clan sends Brambleclaw jaypaw, lionpaw, hollypaw, Crowfeather, Stormfur, Brook and Tawnypelt to help out. It turns out that other cats have been stea...more
This was a book that definitely picked up the pace of the PO3 series as each of Squirrelflight and Brambleclaw's litter begin to embrace, develop, and understand their gifts. However, we learn much about Jaypaw as his curiousity takes him on a dreamquest to weave a tapestry from the tattered dreams he has shared, as well as invaded, with StarClan, the Tribe of Endless Hunting, and the Ancient Cats.

For my review I did Warriors: The Power of Three: Outcast. This book is the 3rd in its sub-series and the 15th book overall in the mainstream plot line. The sheer length of this series is one of the reasons I like it so much. There’s never a shortage of books to read so if I’m in a reading mood, this series doesn’t disappoint.
One of my favorite things about these books is the writing style itself. Most of the main characters in these books are cats. So obviously, emotions and intentions ...more

I originally thought this as the last book in the series. but it is not so! Although I got sick of Jaypaw's grumpy mutterings throughout the book, I will continue on to the end just to find out what the prophecy holds for the three siblings. Jaypaw, Lionpaw and Hollypaw end up journeying with the original group of cats back to the Tribe of Rushing Water to help drive out a group of rouges who are stealing prey from them. The Tribe of Rushing Water doesn't really want help, Jaypaw finds a way...more
Once again, the Erins are starting to lose it. I hate to say this, but this book was a little boring. And also, I didn't like how we spend the entire book trying to solve a problem but we never actually solve it . The forest cats "solution" seems completely implausible and we never actually SOLVE the problem. By the end its basically
-"Well, that was fun!! I'm bored. Time to go home! Peace! Good luck with that whole invading-cats-are-stealing-all-your-prey-thing. I know our s...more

Warriors the Power of Three: Outcast is by Erin Hunter still following Lionpaw, Jaypaw, and Hollypaw’s lives as apprentices. Things change when they are chosen to go to the mountains along with their parents and the previous journeying cats for the last prophecy. Breezepaw is brought along much to his dismay. Their reason for the journey is to help the mountain cats, who drove Stormfur and Brook from their home but now must return to save their Tribe. The apprentices are beginning to find answer...more

With her book series, Warriors, Erin Hunter has created a great and fantastic world to base her story on. You cannot stop reading a book once started. The way you are drawn into the characters and the story lets you see the actions and expressions made by each character, you can almost feel each character’s emotions. In Outcast, Erin continues shaping the world of Warriors as some of the cats begin to delve into the history of their beliefs and origins. She takes a group of clan cats on journey ...more

A secret prophecy shapes the lives of Firestar's grandchildren, but only one of the three knows about it. Jaypaw is captivated by the power it promises, and he believes the key to that power may lie buried in the distant past -- with the ancient cats who once walked these woods and now prowl through his dreams. His search for answers leads him toward the mountains -- the home of the Tribe of Rushing Water. Lionpaw and Hollypaw feel drawn to the mountains too, for different reasons. Bu...more
Just as Jaypaw, Hollypaw and Lionpaw are finding themselves drawn to the mountains where the Tribe of Rushing Water live, a crisis occurs and cats from the Tribe appear on the Clan territories to ask for help.
This is one of the more uneventful novels in the series, since a lot of the buildup here is journeying and then training for a big battle. This definitely felt like more set-up for the rest of the series, since at the ending there are more teasers about the ancient group of cats...more

This book was really good. I read it very fast, and the descriptions were nice. It is about Firestar's grand kids. In the beginning, a few tribe cats come to ThunderClan and tell about intruders stealing prey from their home in the mountains. So, a few cats from each clan (ones that went along on the first journey to the mountains) and Brambleclaw's children go.
The book is pretty good, but the ending is bad.

Jay paw has become fond of the stick with scratch marks, which abled him to talk to the ancient cats that once lived in the sundrowned place. Each cat in every clan keeps anticipating a battle to come. The three cats don't understand why. Hazelpaw gets to have her warrior assessment to see if she's ready to become one.
I was so happy when Purdy was brought into this book even if only for a short time; I just love Purdy.
In this book all the cats that went to the Sundrowned place along with Jaypaw, Hollypaw, Lionpaw and Breezepaw go on a special mission to help some old friends. The secrets of why Stormfur and Brook left the Tribe Of Rushing Waters is revealed.
Meanwhile, Lionpaw is being coaxed away by Tigerstar's evil presence. And Jaypaw is wondering whether or not he should tell his litter mate...more

This book was great! I love Erin Hunter and all her books. The clan cats went to help the tribe cats and met some old friends who haven't been in any books for a while. And it did scare me when Lionpaw was covered in blood. I love the bond between the three siblings! A great book to read

awesome book!
Jaypaw, Hollypaw, Lionpaw are going on an adventure to the mountains to help the Tribe of Rushing Water. There are intruders that want to take over the mountains and they are not going to let the tribe stand in their way. The cats from the clans are teaching the tribe the way of the clan. So hopefully they have a chance against the intruders?
The tribe of rushing water returns! The power of the three siblings prophecy! Lionpaws disisions are begging to be more than what he wanted. Another great Warriors book!

I don't think it was bad but it... well, I still cant figure out why Jaypaw was called there. It was a confusing book, but good all the same.
I dislike the apprentices and the tribe of rushing water, and both were especially annoying in this book, so I really did not like it at all.
Ehh.. another battle in this book.
Why do I get the impression this set of the series is mainly about battling others? o.O

I think that this is a very good book. It is one of the best books that I have ever read, even out of all of the Warriors series!
It was pretty good. I didn't like the arrogance of the main character in this one. The third in the third ark.
I'm logging all these at once, and writeing something long will take FOREVER! SO, in summary, these books are AWESOME!
