The Miami Mediterranean Diet, Michael Ozner, is a cookbook that has many great recipes The ingredients in this book are easy to find in your favorite grocery store. My favorite recipes are the Lentil Soup, Greek Salad and Classic Tabbouleh. If you enjoy cooking, you will want this book on your shelf!

This is a cool diet book because it puts importance on reducing stress in your life. I also agree with the emphasis on eating more fish. However, their food pyramid places whole grains at the bottom, (right above lots of exercise and reduction of stress) but I don't think I can eat that much whole grains!

Overall I think I have benefited from reading this book though. I also like the idea of the afternoon nap! And lots of fruits and vegetables. It seems like the main point is the take time to enj
