A useful reference. Good description and history of how Red Army divisions were organized in WWII and why the organizations changed. The weapon descriptions are cursory and other sources provide more detail.

A very good snapshot of wartime TO&E's, combat equipment, and tactics. Plenty of photographs of the tank, guns, etc.
