Great book. There are a handful of books out there that are kind of THE authoritative book. This was one of those. Fascinating the ways the human body can break down. And then, one day I'll forgive myself, and just admit that I'll never read it again.

Robbins is kind of a windbag. Good for medical students, but too basic for residents and/or pathologists. The pictures are lackluster and anemic.
