Shelves: gentrification
This book is somewhat interesting, but a little dated with its case studies. The most worthwhile part of the book is the study on gentrification and cuisine.

i liked this book, though i must say i was not particularly surprised or challenged. perhaps i should have finished the case studies that comprise the last five chapters.
