    <body><![CDATA[I just finished the book and really enjoyed it.  I'm a big sucker for memoir especially ones about mentally illness.  This one was not a downer at all; the author has a very matter-of-fact, funny, writing style.  He puts it all on the table and is not a victim at all.  I highly recommend it.]]></body>
