I had to return the book to the library. Didn't actually read the book cover-to-cover but this really isn't that kind of a book. It's more of a reference book. I liked that it put theories of traditional chinese medicines and the names of medicines and herbal remedies that I already have a vague idea of in English which is more accessible. I also like the fact that I can show it to my SO and say, this is what my mumbo-jumbo is about. :)
