I didn't find this book to be particularly helpful, so I stopped reading it. Some computer books are very practical and skimp on the theory. This book overcompensated in the other direction. There was so little example code that I got halfway through the book and still wasn't positive how to put a simple HTML form and CGI script together. I do think I was getting a good theoretical understanding of the underpinnings of CGI; I just wasn't getting enough information on how to apply it. Not recomme ...more
