meh. this book convinces me that i'm more or less done w/ superficial introductions to deleuze--i'm nauseated with the repetition of complex concepts simplified to digestible bite sizes...immanence, virtual, pure difference, multiplicity, etc. not sure if that's fair or not for this book, but whatever. i did enjoy that focus on art, which wasn't in other intros. there was also a part on cinema, but by then, i felt that my intellectual life was being sucked out of me. sorry claire, but i don't kn ...more
