anyone looking for a better way to eat
This is a great approach to eating/nutrition and very informative in terms of how our bodies are made and process food. If you read it, at first you will be horrified at all the stuff you put in your body. The good thing is that once you make a few changes, you realize just how beneficial it is to be Gundrified. As with all 'diet' books I've read by Dr.'s with sound research and evidence based theory I take the information and incorporate it into my daily diet but find it difficult to resort the extreme measures with which he suggests you live you daily life. There is some very good health information and interesting read.
Worth it! Combining genetics, anthropology, nutrition and medicine his approach to our eating habits and plan for how to eat toward health are thought provoking and include ideas worth incorporating into our daily lives.
Eat Like a Gorilla and get healthy. Some of his dietary modifications make sense and at times too restricting. For example, limit fruit, not where we live?
TBD - however i refuse to stop eating bananas.
One of the best books I've read about nutrition, disease, genetics, metabolism.
My husband and I both read the book and have been partially to mostly following Dr. Gundry's diet regime. We've both dropped weight without really trying and it's been staying off. The biggest bonus for us both though is how much better we feel all the way around. Following his advice is worthwhile.
Informative and believable. I will apply some of the theories stated in this book to my own way of eating.

Very good information-makes you want to really change your eating habits-will skim through it again. Healthy recipes too.
