My copy was published in 1988, and at that time it was probably a decent update to household hints books from 20+ years earlier. My favorite tip from this book is this; Expecting company for dinner and not enough time to clean house? That's cool - just turn down the lights and put
Hints on how to do most anything around the house from organization, home repair, use of tools, to first aid and much more.

This book was published in 1988 and most of it is still relevant.
