I sought out this book because I was interested in the content though don't have much knowledge in the field of psychology (so I will refrain from rating the book). I liked it, it was very informative. It was interesting to learn about how men are "wired" and what we're born with, and how family, culture, and society immediately shapes our inner workings and relationships. It reads like required text from a college course, but I was ok with that. I hope to one day come to terms with my anima.
