Just skimmed it so far but REALLY impressed with this book.
1. The beginning section discussed a lot of bits about food groups within lunches, having a balanced lunch, portion sizes and a valid and intelligent short discussion about food related to disorders like ADHD and so on (if cookbooks tackle this topic they often fail miserably and just repeat things the media has said -wrongly- about it).
2. There are oodles of glorious pictures.
3. LOTS of healthy snack ...more

This was ordered mostly for Mr. Bento. It is SO super that I must buy it!
This had some good ideas but I was turned off by the format. Sure, I loved the oversized glossy photos at the beginning, but I prefer to have the photo accompanying the respective recipe. It was confusing (to me, at least) to flip back and forth between the recipe and the photo. Apparently I need visual aids when I'm cooking!
