This book was not published. It has been rewritten to such a degree it is a different book. I, the author, would remove it from Amazon, but the process is very difficult, and only the publisher can do that. Why Hylas has not done that at this point is anyone's guess. I'm not sure they are functioning as a publishing company, per se, anymore.
