I think I'd much rather give this four and a half stars than four but I have to stop just shy from "amazing". I do think this was a great Turner book and I wasn't disappointed at all. I loved how she included some characters that I've read in other books although this book probably came first, not sure.
Bambi was an AWESOME main character and it's not too often I'd go out of my way to say that. I fell in love with her from the start. She was built perfectly in my opinion.

In the jungle we hear this tale again, and again. Bambi Ferguson from Virginia's capital city is quickly mesmerized by all of the excitement in the streets. Pivoting hard while living the fast life it's love at first sight. Can you believe that even after two years she still gets chills up her spine from hearing her Boo talk? The book started off pretty good but there were a couple of things that made me think a little. Overall the book was pretty good. It had a slow moment but I was determined to finish reading it to see what happens. I am not sure I would read part 2 if it ever came out. There's really not much more to add on to it.
I enjoyed the story. It was predictable at times but there was enough drama and twists to keep me interested. Can't wait to see what happens with the characters. Bambi sure is bold!
The book was really good cant wait for a sequel.. But Bambi was just plain money hungary no sense of respect for herself but I enjoyed how she holding her man down for real.
Not bad. It held my interest but I didn't like how it ended. She should have let you know if there was going to be a book continuing the story.

This book got me hooked on Ms. Turner and I don't necessarily read a lot of street literature but I got into her other work from this one book
This book grabs you from the very begging I love Bambi and all die hard Nikki fans knows the relationship between Yancy and Bambi :)
bambi is a good girl turned bad, and is the ultimate hustler and every mans dream. she do what she gotta do to get hers

This book is okay to me it had a few funny parts but its nothing to go rush out and buy in my opinion

This book was another banger. All these good bools need to be turned into movies
I loved this book from beginning to end.. I would love to see a sequel.. cause Ronnie has to come back since Bambi only killed his twin.

This was a pretty quick read with an ending that has SEQUEL written right in to it !!! Such a cliff hanger...
From the page one it a page turner. Nikki really out did herself this time with this one. I like the Hustler Wife but this one I loved. All the character was jumping out at you. It was like you was there. I hate giving a summary of the book. So let me just put it like this. You want be disappoint because your money will be very well spent
