Surprisingly enough, this was a great book. The authors expressed their findings and theories in a very accessible manner. It was interesting to read about a topic that is usually treated as a taboo being told in a regular sort of way. I was able to learn about many interesting facts about the social creation of onanism as a negative practice (the Kellogg bros wanted to create a diet that would be bland and not bring the individual to sexual excitement- cornflakes!
