A stunning, young newscaster, Meredith Courtney's dazzling charms and beauty captured the world's most eligible man, Alexander Kirakis, a Greek tycoon, whose wealth and power was matched by his dark secrets.

Their tumultuous romance was a fantasy come true, but a shocking tragedy from the past could destroy their love, empire, and lives.

This was a surprising book to read. It was light and entertaining with its plethora of exotic and exclusive, exotic locations from a Greek island to glittering Ne

Billionaires behaving badly, corporate intrigue, beautiful celebrities and a decades old mystery solved rather predictably, but I found this to be enthralling, a real page turner that actually toyed with my emotions. Naughty playboy Alexander Kirakis is the heir to his father's vast empire. Meredith Courtney the beautiful newscaster wants to unravel the mystery surrounding the tragedy that befell the Ryans decades earlier...she resists the charms of Alexander Kirakis for as long as she can, but ...more

I had this one on the shelf for a long time. This summer I decided to read it. It is a good read. Feels almost like watching a movie. The plot is very interesting, and although you can assume what the mystery is, the events are so good intertwined that it does not spoil the surprise. It has it all: crime, success, love, detective elements, even erotics ... A good easy summer read.

Very good book. The author keeps the storyline moving. A lot of suspense and twists and turns you wouldn't expect.

Even though I had a pretty good idea what Alexander Kiakis' secret would turn out to be, it was still very interesting watching the story play out with all its twists and turns. A very good read!

I've wanted to be a writer for as long as I can remember. I used to get in trouble in school because I was writing when I should have been paying attention in class. I foolishly sent a handwritten manuscript to a publisher when I was sixteen. It was rejected, of course--but an editor actually took the time to look at it and wrote me, saying I had talent but wasn't ready for publication yet. Some ...more
