I have owned this book forever but only recently got around to reading it. I'm a huge Nelson DeMille fan and thus was a bit disappointed in "Mayday." This book will keep you on the edge of your seat. De Mille does it again! Lent it to a friend who said he hated the book. I asked why and he said he could not put the book down and stayed up all night reading it!

I read this book on my flight to London. The pilots thought I was crazy to read a book about an airplane crash while flying, but I couldn't help myself. Very easy read, but really entertaining as well.

Beginning too technical -more than I need to know about airplanes. Once I skimmed over the aeronautical talk, I enjoyed the plot.
