Although it has an interesting premise, the first volume of this series feels more than a bit jerky and lacks a consistent flow. The dialogue is somewhat stilted and it's not always clear what is going on using the art either. Still, it's not unenjoyable, it's just not as good as I was hoping after having seen the related Girl Who Leapt Through Time movie.

I was expecting more of everything yet even after realizing it lacked the better art of a girl who runs through time and also didnt really give us a connection with the characters i kept reading, its good enough to be enjoyable and its a really sweet premise, love overcoming time.

I was also dissapointed that they didnt at all explain how it was that she time traveled.

Pretty art and interesting concept, but for the most part, that's all it had.

The story was all over the place. One minute they're doing this, then something totally different. Time travel can do that sometimes, but it killed the flow of the story, making it even more confusing and all over the place than it normally would be. There was nothing to show the reader that a "transition" had occurred sometimes.

I like the movie better - it's certainly a lot more sentimental and a little easier to follow.

Very cute but frustrating. I was getting bored until the "secret" of the story was divulged at the end. Then the rest of the story was more interesting and made sense. If only it could have been interesting without knowing the secret and then becoming better when you found out ... wow, that probably makes no sense but I don't want to spoil it.

I loved the recent animated feature, but was rather cold to this manga version. It feels very rushed, with not enough time to get to know the characters and some art where I just could not understand what was happening.
