I was reluctant to get this because I think I have bought too many cookbooks with too many recipes for use in my lifetime. But I just can't put this one down when I saw it at Borders today. Now that I am home, seated comfortably browsing it, I have no regrets. Excellent pictures for one, yummy looking recipes, and I only need 4 ingredients for each! However, it is really not that easy.
