This book is an anthology of recent conservation biology articles focused on the Monarch butterfly. The book is divided into four sections: Breeding Biology, Migration Biology, Overwintering Biology, and Integrated Biology. These overviews were quite helpful for me as I'm not a scientist. This book offers one of the first integration of new data from several citizen monitoring projects as well as discussing the storm that devastated portions of the overwintering population in 2002.
