An enchanted dagger bearing a mysteriously familiar inscription pointed Fiona Chancellor to Ireland in search of her missing cousin. Then a midnight visit to Celtic holy ground slid her into the seventeenth-century—and into the arms of the most gorgeous male she had ever seen. Beautiful historical romance with a touch of magic

The author weaves magic, time travel, intrigue and history into a beautifully entwined story of courage and love. Set in a tumultuous period of Irish history, Julie Moffett's characters are vivid and wholly believable. I highly recommend this book to lovers of historical romance and a bit of magic.

I liked the story and the characters, but was frustrated by misspellings and editing mistakes.
Fun historic fantasy!

A little too explicit on sex scenes. The same scene could have been written with less obscenities and less sexual descriptions. Not all women in the "60's" had foul mouths and loose morals. The story was fun, but made me want to change history by eliminating some of the evil English commanders that have so mercilessly attacked both the Irish and the Scots. Why can't the English back off and mind their own country instead of being like Hitler and trying to rule the world.

Quick romance read. Purchased as an Amazon $1.99 Kindle special. Worth about that much.

I have always been a romantic at heart. So when I finally decided to pursue my dream of writing a novel, naturally, it was a romance. I have published several novels in many genres – historicals, time-travels and paranormals.
I’m a military brat (Air Force) and have traveled extensively. My more exciting exploits include attending high school in Okinawa, Japan (Go, Kubasaki!), backpacking around Eu
