Story about three generations of women growing up in Brooklyn is ok but after almost seven hundred pages of one failed marriage after another... phew, I really had enough. That's even too much for light beach reads.

Terrible, terrible translation though... I hate it when a translated book feels and reads like a translation. This one is one of them.
