If there’s anything you want to know about cats, It’s A Cat’s World…You Just Live In It is the book to get. It has 224 questions and answers by Justine Lee, a veterinarian who has cats of her own. I liked how she throws in some humor into her answers and her love for cats come through. I loved her last sentence:

Thanks to those of you who suggested this book. This is a very informative book for people who are new to cats and people who think they are experts (like me). I was especially interested in the top 10 toxic household products and the top 10 toxic plants. Also, the part about looking for signs of illness in you cat was very helpful. The author has some strong opinions about how many cats you should own which I disagree with, but overall it is a must read for everyone who loves cats.

This was pretty funny. It was eye-opening to read that the silly things my cat does like "barking" at birds that fly around outside and following me into the bathroom everyday, are actually normal things that cats do. It makes me love them even more! haha Justine is clearly a knowledeable person and she cracked me up!

Breezy intro cat guide. Probably not informational enough to serve as a reference book for first-time cat owners, and I disagree pretty strongly with its advice re: feeding/nutrition. There are some funny anecdotes, but I wouldn't consider this an essential read.

It's nonfiction, it's writing tries just a tad too hard to be "clever", but it answers some cat questions I had. That's all I can say about it.
