This is a big mesh of articles from Oprah's magazine, "O." Some of the articles I found to be incredible, but others I was less interested in or weren't as captivating. Plenty of inspiring and helpful articles to help improve all aspects of your life.

My favorite two articles were:

"Martha Beck's Anti-Complain Campaign" - Instead of letting your "steam" build up inside of you (only to explode), or result in excessive complaining, you take that steam and direct it to produce something positive (lik
I do not subscribe to O magazine but each time I happen to come across it I find an article in there that helps provide a new insight into some part of my life.......
which turned out to be a great blessing because this book is great, packed full of wonderful articles BUT reading one after another article that asked me to psychoanalyze each aspect of my life gave me a headache. This is a great coffee table book to keep reading month after month, but beware if you have to finish it fast to return
I checked this out from the library to see if I would ever think to give it as a gift to my sister who has recently developed an affection for the monthly O Magazine. I had a subscription when the magazine first launched and loved it back then... until the articles started to repeat themselves. I saw many of my old favorites in this anthology and it is a lovely coffee table book. However, I don't think it was necessarily the best selection of some of their articles from past issues. There were s ...more
I loved this one, even though I'm not really an Oprah fan. (Why is she always on the cover?) It has good articles regarding life's different aspects: relationships, money, work, time for self, beauty and exercise, etc. The articles are from a variety of authors so you get a good spectrum of ideas. I ended up buying this from the Library I liked it so much.

You know, it's Oprah stuff, either you are in the mood for it or you're not. It's big all right--was due back to the library and I only got about a quarter of the way through. But all Oprah is--Oprah, and there's plenty of it floating around out there.
Good stories, short so you can read them at your leisure sporadically. Oprah always seems to have good advice and makes things interesting.
Loved it... Very inspiring. Great table book and conversation starter.
Lots of articles and interviews encompassing all areas of life.
articles vary from mediocre to superb
That Oprah is one sharp lady!
