Although the Animorphs series holds a little less appeal for older readers, this was the book that made me decide I loved to read. Though the series lacks the staying power of harry potter, and won't really be a 're-read' for many people, I'd suggest it highly to kids who are just beginning to delve into chapter books. There's just enough excitement to keep anyone interested, without being too violent or scary.

Read in June, 2001
In this book, Rachel investigates the house of one of the enemies' leaders. It's thrilling to watch these kids slowly start to digest what is happening in their world and being strong enough to take steps to get involved, at their own great risk.

Animorphs series are truly inspiring! made you wanna swap your useless human body into any kind of animals...with their fantastic abilities! Even a fly can be an amazing creature, if you had experienced to be one!
