Not exactly the best start to a series, but decent. This first book in the series suffers from quite a few flaws. The pacing doesn't flow very well, and it feels as though the reader is thrown into all these various things without getting the time to soak it in before it moves on to the next thing. We're like Ikki, putting on ATs for the first time and stumbling all over the place, but eventually this series does take off and find a more defined path to follow. Everything was great about it but I do not. I repeat DO NOT recomend this to people because of its extreme amount of nudity in it. I was able to use some pictures of of the main character for my characters but that was the only plus.
so bacisally this about a boy who love riding states.But no normal states.this states give him albittes.He is also in a gang and other gangs want to battle.but this battle was to death.

Este primer tomo no me pareció espectacular ni nada demasiado especial. Pero en su momento tampoco me gustó tanto el #1 de TenTen, y el correr de los tomos me terminaría haciendo cambiar de opinión. Algo me dice que hay altas probabilidades de que me termine pasando lo mismo con esta serie. Ogure tiene mi voto de confianza, y las recomendaciones de aquellos que leyeron más allá de este tomo no hacen más que afianzarlo. A ver si para el #2 tengo algo más interesante que decir.
air gear is a great book. its about a teen name ikki who run's a gang called eastside guns. but when he challenges the skull's to fight they have air trecks. ikki loses the battle but learns that if he wants to win more battles and take over more territoty he would have to get a pair. but when he does he becomes a the baddest kid on the block

Enjoyed it.
I love Oh! Great's art, but I find his stories a little lacking. Violence for the sake of violence to try and move a story forward just doesn't really work for me.
There were some cool parts....but i dont see why i should care about kids who can do stupid roler skate/flying stuff. I didnt read past volume 1.
