I can't believe I even checked this out, it's so terrible. I only read a couple pages...the author seemed so desperately to want to find meaning in his life that he's completely taken in by this "psychic?" who gets him to join his "cult?" whatever. An interesting read. I'm taking a tour of 2012 books, and this was the first one I could even read.
The idea that 2012 is a transition date of some kind is now widespread. The fact that we are anticipating a multi-planet astronomical alignment is clear enough. But what does everyone think is going to happen?

So the whole 2012 thing has been on my mind a bit lately. I wasn't wanting to really drink the kool-aid so to speak, but it is interesting to ponder about a bit. I rated this book high, not based on it's literary prose, but based on the fact that it absolutely blew me away. I have NEVER taken astrology seriously. In fact, if I'd have looked at the back cover closer, I would not have bought this book. If I'd hae started this book ten or even five years ago, I would have put it down thinking it was a waste of time. None-the-less when I started to read it I became entralled by the story behind the astrology. So much so that I am pursuing a personal astrolog

This book is about astrology and what is happening with the world as we approach 2012. I must admit I didn't understand a lot of what was written. The book is written by a friend of my sister and she had another copy, otherwise I would not have picked it up. It's interesting to think that 2012 is an important year with the stars!
