If you're looking for good information on nonverbal communication in mediation, this isn't the book. Madonik uses cues from people's nonverbal behavior (such as where they look when they're thinking) in order to assess preferences, whether they are visual, auditory, or kinesthetic. She applies the new information with how to work with people in order to achieve resolution and then talks about how to mediate well.
