For the first time since the break-up of their marriage, Julie began to have doubts. Should she have believed Jonas instead of Angela?

But suppose Jonas was innocent? Even if he weren't, it was no use deceiving herself any longer.

"I think you ought to know, Angela," Julie said, "I still love Jonas, no matter what he did. I may go after him."

A good read.

Julie comes to interview her husband who she had been seperated from for a few years. She discovers that the passion still burns there and is upset with herself for how could she want him still with what he had done.

Jonas goes about everything secretly and this annoys Julie. The way Jonas acts like she is at fault and his attitude starts Julie wondering what really happened. But she has a mettling mother and BFF (who started it all) and they will say anything to keep them apart.

Julie married Jonas a few years back. When she came home early and found her best friend Angela naked in her bed and her husband shaving in the bathroom, she left him.

Julie is now meeting Jonas in Scotland for an interview with the magazine she's working at. Jonas is trying everything he can to get her back because Angela has lied about everything.

After one passionate night with Jonas, Julie went home and told Angela she was going to take Jonas back. Angela freaked out and admitted she set Julie

Another stupid H that believe more in her best friend than the H whom is the one she is passionately in love with. Time will give reason. But I love it.

This was a great quick-read! Not as cheesy as I had anticipated which is a definite plus (though the heart-throb of the story DOES live in a castle!) - fun, lighthearted and thoroughly enjoyable! I'd read this again, it had everything I wanted out of a Harlequin novel!
It's been a while since I read a rom featuring a vindictive eveel best friend! Loved this even though it was so asinine, and the heroine was annoyingly unsure of herself the whole freaking time—the poor hero being so smitten with her.
