Revolutionary Management was not as good as I had hoped. Being a huge history buff, it seemed like it would be perfect, yet it fell short. It did a poor job of translating John Adams, thus making most of the chapters thick and almost unreadable. It did show how our forefathers very much had forethought about the future of America and how they went to great strides to get us where we are. That being said, as a whole the book fell way short of expectations.

Quotes from Adams are broken down and used to emphasize management principles for the current age. I found them all to be interesting and a good majority directly applicable to everyday management.
Axelrod writes well and the 1 page per quote approach makes it an easy book to dip in and out of.

GOod ideas- blows me away the ideas presented were so "old". They are new again. The reading was a bit dry but ok to read in dribs and drabs as I did. Planning with where do we want to end up when it all over....
