This is a good, but odd little book. Based on the sentence construction and wide range of seafood they believe is available I think it was written by English authors. That makes no difference really except that I was amused just reading the book.

Very helpful as the authors have listed many foods that the believe contain vaso-dilating amines. Most of these foods are not listed in the basic Foods-to Avoid list that is handed out at the doctor's office. I would add soy sauce to their list ,as well
Wentworth mentions a few more possibly problematic foods than I was aware of, but includes as safe a number of foods I definitely have problems with. Her emphasis on frequent hi-protein snacking was a worthwhile reminder.
