I've heard of the "blood type diet" for years, but never really explored it. A chance meeting in Jakarta recently convinced me it's something I have to look into, which is why I picked up this book. It's amazing the overlap with my food intolerances and the "avoid" foods as listed in this book - quite uncanny actually (scarily so) and has convinced me to give it a go. A very interesting way to look at diets. Things that I have allergies to were listed in this book for my blood type. I will try incorporating some of the foods recommended into my diet.
