As someone with an interest in history of the early contact period, I was intrigued by this book. This book is on an interesting topic, and one that hasn't received enough attention in the history books. Unfortunately, the book is very thin on actual history of the subject, and heavy on guesswork, at times veering into wild speculation about templars, rosicrucians, and oak island.
