I am not much of a romance reader, but I will read just about anything if it is free. Like many others, I got this book for free with fifteen other books from Harlequin. As of this writing, these books are still available at http://harlequincelebrates.com.

This book had a very clever, cute, and interesting story line that managed to not get completely lost in the sex, as has happened in most of the romance novels that I have read. The tension between Delaney and her father, coupled with the steps...more

This was an ereader freebie and not something that I would usually select. However, it was a cute story and was entertaining. Light, easy reading that filled a void when I was too lazy to look for something else to read.

English professor turns tv literary reviewer after a sex makeover to change her dowdy professorial image and snags sexy fiction author Nick Angel in the process. I like ugly duckling turned swan stories, and this is a good one. I just wished Delaney had more belief in herself as a person.

This was a nice story, with good characters and hot romance. Some of it was kind of unbelievable--would someone really give up a job as a tenured English professor to do popular fiction reviews on tv? Maybe. Overall, a good read though.
