Another great story from Felicity Young the second in her DS Stephanie (Stevie) Hooper series set in Perth, Western Australia. The first was AN EASEFUL DEATH. You do not need to have read the first to understand the intricacy’s of the relationships, there is enough background info given here for understanding without spoiling.

Stevie Hooper is now in charge of the Cyber Predator Team , part of the Sex Crimes unit. The team’s job is to track down paedophiles who stalk ch

From my sister Tracey - A thriller set in Perth, so has that Australian feel. Deals with child

abduction and internet porn rings and how they target kids in chat

rooms. Also goes into the desperation of kids who are being abused in

the home. Really easy to read, a good holiday read that you could

easily finish in a day. Nice ending (not totally predictable), good

characters that you can like (and dislike) and i would be very tempted

to pick up another one by Felicity Young.

one star only because I couldn't read it at all - couldn't bear the theme - so the writing is, as usual, very immediate and visceral and probably is an amazing read like her other books.

I was born in Germany and educated at an English boarding school while my parents travelled the world with the British army. I think the long boring plane trips home played an important part in helping me to develop my creative imagination.

I settled with my parents in Western Australia in 1976, became a nurse, married young and had three children. Not surprisingly, it took ten years to complete an
