An exhaustive look at Romantic and Postromantic poetry.

When I say exhaustive, I mean not only does this book cover a lot of territory, but at 960 pages, it is exhausting to hold. While the editors offer many interesting insights to poems from around the world, I would classify most of the poems in the book as "purposefully obtuse and oblique."
