Great book for traveling. Love the Lonely Planet books. Very good information and resource to have.
A perfectly functional guidebook -- though I much prefer the "EyeWitness" Travel Guides with their sensational graphics.

J.M. Porup is a novelist and former Lonely Planet author. His first editor -- way back in 1996 -- called him a loose cannon. Ever since Porup has done his best to live up to that high standard. In 2012 he plans to release three novels, including an anti-American satire that mocks the so-called War On Terror.
