Introductory book on dream yoga. This books has several deep assertions on spirituality and yoga, which can be understood by a yogi only. Hence, only those can appreciate this book, who have basic knowledge of spirituality and yoga. This book fulfilled many questions regarding the dreams. I already control my dreams, this book gave me some useful method. Thank you Lama Surya Das for this book.

Unfortunately, this was all filler, no substance. It was simply the Lama talking about what one could accomplish with this training, however, no actual training was actually done.

Short introductory book into Tibetan Dream Yoga - and I have to say, on first impressions, it sounds quite tricky. Still, as the old adage goes, practice makes perfect!
