I liked this book because it describes when baseball was invented. Even though no one knows who invented baseball they talk about how it just kept evolving to what it is today. It talks about all the greats from the start of baseball in the 1800's. It talks about the leagues before the MLB that had to die for that one to evolve. It talks about Jackie Robinson being the first black person to play in the white league and how it encouraged other people to start playing baseball like Jackie. I would ...more
