We used this book as part of our lesson about onomatopoeia. It has lots of pictures of real life animals. It also tells the names of many baby farm animals. From the rooster's crow to the babies going to sleep, there is a lot going on on the farm.

This book has great real-life pictures that my students love to look at. It is great to talk about various farm animals. It also introduces great vocabulary words.

My favorite part was when all the baby animals were born. I like the chickens and the goats and the kittens.
