A Passionate Scandal

Once I started reading 'Scandal Between The Sheets', I couldn't put it down. It was such a sweet, yet, sensual read. Wesley was definitely passionate about protecting those he loved and cared about and he had a generous nature. I enjoyed Jasmine's character with the exception of her taking crap from her 'stepmonsters', she should have nipped that in the bud a long time ago. And her father should have taken more notice of how his wife and her children treated his daughter. Alth

Now that I've discovered e-books, I have been going back and reading books by some of my favorite romance authors that are now out of print. No, I don't have an e-reader (I sell them but I can't afford one myself!), but I read on my iPod. It's not as bad as it sounds.

This book starts off pretty funny as Jasmine Carmody, a reporter, is going through the garbage of Wesley Brooks, a dot.com millionaire. She's hoping to dig up some information on Abraham Danforth a candidate for senate and Wesley's

From the beginning Wesley seems sexy. Jasmine breaking in his property and getting caught was too funny. He went right for her when he found out who she was and it was on from there. I really liked how he put the silly step mother and sister in their place but I think they should've been more of a problem in the story. It would've made it really interesting to see how he reacted under pressure and how she handled them.

I love how the book starts off with JAsmine going through Wes's garbage, that was just funny and I could visualize that happening. I also loved how their union transpired. I enjoyed most how her stepsisters were gawking when she showed up at the hospital function with Wesley. Just another great Brenda Jackson Book!
