Maybe if I hadn't already been married for four years and on my third kid this would have worked better for me. I just have to say from my experience be flexible because you can plan and plan until the cows come home but once you have a baby those plans will likely fly out the window. I live inside the mommy trap and while it can be frustrating at times it's partially a necessity with my husbands and my career field.
