Reading about the experiences of other trauma survivors helped me with my own journey.
I learned
!. Everyone has their own recipe and time table for healing.
2. Trauma causes anxiety, anger, and regressive behavior.
3. I was a multiple trauma survivor even before my father's death.
4. I have had multiple traumas in the last two years.
5. My father's death is providing me with an opportunity to integrate both prior and subsequent traumas.

Enjoyed this book. There were many helpful exercises I used to journal, and I learned from this book. I would recommend it to survivors who want to work to live again, and not stay stuck in the past.
